Treatment: The treatment of neck pain depends on its particular cause. Some simple remedy options you may applying as like use a heating pad or an ice pack for 10 to 15 minutes every 2 to 3 hours, take rest, medication or physical therapy. Taking an anti-inflammatory medicine as like acetaminophen (Tylenol), aspirin or ibuprofen can help relieve pain. A topical cream and patches also may an effective way to prevent the pain.
Back pain: 
Cause: Back pain is extremely common problem that are affected about four in five people at any age in their lifetime mostly between the ages of 35 and 65.  There is no specific cause of back pain. Usually the common reason of back pain are sitting, standing or bending down for long periods of time; carrying, pushing, lifting or pulling heavy loads; poor posture; an accident or injury; rarely damage to parts of your spine.

Hip pain: 
Cause: The hip joint is a ‘‘ball-in-socket’’ joint that attaches the leg to the torso of the body. This joint supports not only body weight but also the lower extremity, especially when you walking, jumping, running, sitting and squatting or do any sort of strenuous activity. With use and age or small injuries in around the hip, your hip’s cartilage may sore, wear down or become damaged and this the main cause of hip pain.
Treatment: The treatment of hip pain depends on the type of pain and cause. Usually some pain will resolve within a few days. Place an ice pack for about 15 minutes every 3 to 4 hours on the affected area, take a low-impact exercises or physiotherapy; take an over-the-counter pain medication such as Tylenol or a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicine like aspirin, ibuprofen and naproxen to relieve the hip pain.
Knee pain: 
Cause: Knee pain is one of the most common musculoskeletal problems when people are middle-aged and older. Degenerative joint disease, Osgood-Schlatter disease, Ligament injuries, infrequently infection, arthritis, Gout and rarely bone tumors is the common causes of knee pain.

Chest pain:
Cause: Chest pain is one of the most frightening symptoms that affect people of all ages. Sometimes it is so difficult to find out the reason of the chest pain even a medical professional. Any part of the chest like the heart, bone, lungs, esophagus and muscle even skin can be the reason of the pain. On outside cold, flu, coughs, allergies or over smoking are the common reason for chest pain.
Treatment: The chest pain treatment depends on the cause of pain category and its location. In mild cases take a bed rest, drinking plenty of water and hot drinks such as herbal teas may help you to recovery from chest pain. An anti-anxiety medication such as paracetamol, chewing an aspirin or antacids may decrease the pain. In serious cases call to the emergency services or go to your nearest hospital’s emergency department.
Stomach pain: 
Cause: A stomach pain is sometimes referred as a stomachache, abdominal pain, cramps or a dull ache in the belly. Most of the people suffer from stomach pain some time in his lives. Gastric is one of the main causes for stomach pain. Some of the more common causes are appendicitis, peptic ulcer, Kidney stones, Food poisoning, Lactose intolerance, menstrual cramps, inflammatory bowel disease, Urinary tract infection and some kind of stomach disease like Diarrhea etc.

In mild pain cases: Drinking large amounts of water, also drinking a glass of water with a little bit of baking soda mixed, garlic soup, lemon juice with warm water, Herbal teas are more effective way of home remedies. An anti-anxiety medication such as chewing an aspirin or antacids also may decrease the pain. In serious cases call to the emergency services or go to your nearest hospital’s emergency department.
