Headache:

headaches.

their lives, especially in age of 50 up. There are numerous causes of neck pain
such as Abnormalities in the bone or joints, Poor posture, Degenerative
diseases, neck muscle strain, neck injury etc.
Treatment: The
treatment of neck pain depends on its particular cause. Some simple remedy options
you may applying as like use a heating pad or an ice pack for 10 to 15 minutes
every 2 to 3 hours, take rest, medication or physical therapy. Taking an
anti-inflammatory medicine as like acetaminophen (Tylenol), aspirin or

Back pain:

this the main cause of hip pain.

will resolve within a few days. Place an ice pack for about 15 minutes every 3
to 4 hours on the affected area, take a low-impact exercises or physiotherapy;
take an over-the-counter pain medication such as Tylenol or a nonsteroidal
anti-inflammatory medicine like aspirin, ibuprofen and naproxen to relieve the
hip pain.
Knee pain:
Cause: Knee pain is one of the most common musculoskeletal problems when people are
middle-aged and older. Degenerative joint disease, Osgood-Schlatter disease,
